Out of State Patients

If you are a patient with an out-of-state medical marijuana card visiting Louisiana, you can now purchase your medication at Capitol Pharmacy.

You will need to present your Medical Marijuana card, a valid state ID or driver’s license, and fill out our Visiting Patient form, either digitally or in print. You can find the links below:

Once received and reviewed, your licensed physician will be contacted by our pharmacy for approval to dispense in Louisiana.
